Treatment, Terms and Conditions
Treatment Sessions: The first consultation will include a health evaluation, assessment & initial treatment. This session will last 1 1/2 hours. Following sessions could last between 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Services Provided:
Each consultation will be customised to the client's requirements. A trained, certified therapist & practitioner offers all services. Health Insurance Receipts are provided. Treatment Protocol:
The protocol for new clients is that a minimum of 1 treatment per week for three weeks is required to relieve any chronic complaints & to identify underlying issues. After completing these three treatments the client & the therapist will decide on the following number of treatments required. Each treatment protocol is adapted to each individual's personal need. All aspects regarding your treatment & your well-being will be taken into consideration. |
Confidentiality:
The client/therapist relationship is completely confidential. Everything appertaining to consultations, treatments & sessions are completely confidential. Cancellation Policy:
A 24 hour notice is required for any appointment cancellation. If no notice is given the full payment is required. Chronic last minute cancellations for sessions will need to be pre-payed. Lateness:
Each session is particularly reserved for each client. If the client is late, the appointment will end as scheduled & the full fee is applicable. Acceptance of Treatment Terms & Conditions:
The client will be asked to accept these terms & conditions of treatment at the initial consultation. |
